Switching from Hevy

Move your Hevy history to Fitnex

Don’t start from zero. Export your workouts from Hevy, upload the file to Fitnex, and your whole training history comes with you: dates, exercises, sets, weights and reps.

1. Export from Hevy

  1. Open Hevy and go to your Profile.
  2. Open Settings → Export & Import Data → Export Data → Export Workouts.
  3. Save the CSV file (on iPhone choose “Save to Files”), or send it to yourself.

2. Import into Fitnex

  1. Create a Fitnex account (14-day free trial, no credit card) or log in.
  2. Open Settings → Import from Hevy or Strong and choose the CSV file.
  3. Check the preview (number of workouts and the date range) and click Import. Hevy states the unit in the file, so kg and lb are converted automatically.

Your workouts appear in History and count toward Reports right away. The file is read in your browser; only the workouts themselves are saved to your account.

FAQ

Can I move my workout history from Hevy to Fitnex?
Yes. Export your workouts from Hevy as a CSV file and upload it in Fitnex under Settings → Import from Hevy or Strong. Every workout keeps its original date, duration, exercises, sets, weights, reps and exercise notes.
What doesn’t get imported?
Warm-up sets, rest timers and exercises without reps (cardio, timed holds like planks) are skipped, because Fitnex tracks weight × reps. Routines/templates are not part of the export, so you create them again in Fitnex.
What if I import the same file twice?
Nothing is duplicated: workouts that are already in Fitnex (same name and start time) are skipped. You can also import a newer export later to add only the new workouts.
Do my muscle-group stats work for imported workouts?
Yes. Fitnex matches each exercise to its exercise library or recognizes common movements, so imported workouts count toward reports and muscle-group stats. After the import you see which exercise names it couldn’t recognize.
