FAQ
- Is Hevy free?
- Yes. Hevy has a permanent free plan with unlimited workout logging, but limits routines, custom exercises and graph history. Hevy Pro removes those limits (US list price $2.99/month, $23.99/year or $74.99 lifetime as of October 2026).
- Is Fitnex a good Hevy alternative?
- If you mainly want progression suggestions for hypertrophy, an AI coach to talk your training through and nutrition tracking in the same app, yes. If you want a free logger with a social feed and an Apple Watch app, Hevy is the better fit.
- Does Fitnex have a free plan?
- No. Fitnex has a 14-day free trial without a credit card, then costs $12.99/month or $129.99/year. There are no ads.
